Kan jag använda mitt eget kortterminalsystem?
Nej, systemet är konfigurerat för SumUp och ett kortinlösenavtal via SumUp krävs. Det är gratis att registrera sig och du betalar bara per transaktion, 1,49 % per kortköp.

Hur snabbt kan jag få systemet?

How does the return work?
A prepaid return shipping label is included with the package. When the rental period is over, pack the equipment in the original packaging and drop off the package at the nearest drop-off location. No additional costs.

Vad händer om något går sönder under hyresperioden?
Hör av dig till oss så hjälper vi dig. Normal förslitning täcks, men skador som uppstår på grund av hanteringen debiteras hyresgästen enligt återanskaffningsvärde.

Kan jag förkorta hyresperioden?
Minsta hyresperioden är 3 månader och hela hyran betalas i förskott. Det finns ingen möjlighet till återbetalning vid förtida retur.

Do I need to have technical knowledge?
No. The system comes pre-configured and ready to use. You just need to connect the power and log in. Technical support is included throughout the rental period.

Do you want to be up and running by Midsummer?
Order by May 25th and we will have everything in place on time. The process takes up to 3 weeks from order to delivery.
